We aim to meet your expectations with our services so we will be glad to revise the paper as many times as needed within 14 days (for tasks less than 10 pages/questions/slides respectively) and 30 days (for tasks with 10+ pages/slides/questions) after order is completed.
If you are not satisfied and would like to get a refund instead, the Quality Assurance Department will conduct an investigation and make the final decision on the refund request based on the paper quality.
