How to cancel an order that was not completed?

If you have placed an order and hired an expert, but then changed your mind before the paper has been uploaded, you have the right to cancel the order if less than 50% of the deadline has passed. Here is how to do it:

1. Navigate to the "My Orders" menu.
2. Click on the title of the order.
3. Click on the "Cancel Order" button and provide a reason for the cancellation.

If more than 50% of the deadline has passed, you won't be able to cancel the order through your account. In this case, please contact us through chat, provide your order number and the reason for the refund.

According to our policy, the refund amount will range from 100% to 70% depending on whether the expert has started working on the task and how much work they have completed. We will contact the expert to determine their progress and cancel your order as soon as possible.
