How to create a discount or cancellation request?

Your order should be completed to request a discount or cancellation. In some instances, you can request a cancellation while the order is in progress. To make a request, follow these steps.

  1. Open the order and navigate to the three dots on the right side of the screen, near the "Activate Revision" button.

  2. Click on the three dots and select "Not satisfied."

  3. Choose the discount/cancellation request option and provide the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Please clearly state why the paper does not meet your instructions and attach necessary supporting evidence if needed.

Important:

  • A discount request means you are mostly satisfied with the paper and want to use it but have identified minor issues.

  • Discount requests are for partial refunds only. You must make a cancellation request for full compensation.

  • A cancellation request means that you cannot use the paper, and we reserve the right to post it to our online repositories.
