What can I do if my payment doesn't go through?

If your payment fails, try these steps:

  1. Switch to a different browser or device.

  2. Check and restart your internet connection.

  3. Make sure your card is enabled for international transactions and has enough funds.

  4. Use a different card. Please note that, at the moment, European cards are not supported.

  5. Contact your bank to confirm the transaction—sometimes banks decline transactions.
