Your refund will be issued to the card you originally used for payment.

Once your refund request is approved and you submit a withdrawal request, our team will review it within 48 hours. Keep in mind that your bank may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.

Lost or Changed Card: If you’ve lost or replaced your card, the funds will be transferred to your new card if it’s from the same bank. To ensure the refund is directed correctly, it’s best to contact your bank and confirm that the funds will be transferred to your new card.
