If you’ve made a payment but your order is still marked as “Pending Payment,” don’t worry—this sometimes happens, and it’s easy to fix.
Steps to Take:
Check Your Account Balance Page:
Payments can sometimes take a little longer to process and may end up in your account balance on our website.
If you don’t see the payment on your balance, it means your payment didn’t go through. You’ll see it listed as a failed transaction on your balance page. In this case, you’ll need to try making the payment again.
If You See the Payment in Your Balance:
Go back to your order and click "Pay Now" again. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged twice. The money from your balance will be used to complete the payment.
Order In Progress:
Once you’ve completed these steps, your order should move to "In Progress." If it does, everything is set, and your expert will start working on it.
