What should I do if my payment went through but my order is still pending?

Don’t worry - this can happen occasionally, and it’s easy to fix. Here’s what to do:

Step 1: Check Your Balance

  • Go to the Balance section in your account.

  • If you don’t see your payment or it is marked as declined, the transaction didn’t go through. In this case, please try making the payment again.

Step 2: Complete Your Payment

  • If the amount is visible in your balance but the order is still Pending, go to the order and click “Pay Now.”

  • Don’t worry - you won’t be charged twice. The money from your balance will be used to complete the payment.

Step 3: Confirm Your Order Status

  • After completing the above steps, your order should move to "In Progress."
