Attaching files during the order process is simple and helps ensure your expert has all the information they need. Here’s how to do it:
Attach Files During Order Placement
While placing your order, drag and drop your files into the "Upload files" section. Alternatively, click on the section to select files from your computer.
Attach Files Later
If you need to attach files after placing your order, it’s important to do so as soon as possible.
For In-Progress Orders: Open your order, click the "Add instructions" button at the top right corner of the page, and upload your files.
For Completed Orders: If your order is finished, activate a revision to add any additional files.
For Closed Orders: Once an order is closed, you can no longer attach files, as the contract is considered complete. If you need to make changes or edits, please place a new order or contact support for further assistance.
Timely file submission ensures your expert understands your needs and has enough time to work on your project.
