While it’s rare for an expert to cancel an order, it can happen. Here are the main reasons why an expert might cancel:

  1. Unable to Complete the Order
    The expert may face unexpected difficulties, making it impossible to finish the work.

  2. Changed Instructions
    If you make big changes to your instructions after the order starts, it can be tough for the expert to adjust and complete the work.

  3. No Access to Required Materials
    The expert might not be able to access the materials they need, like specific sources or software.

  4. Customer Non-Responsiveness
    If the expert or support team can’t reach you for important details, it can block the order from being finished on time.

Solution:

For all of these situations, click the "Create Similar Order" button on your order page to replace the order and find a new expert. Make sure to provide clear instructions and all necessary materials.

Refund Policy:

In every case where an order is canceled by an expert, the money paid for the canceled order will be returned to your account balance. You can use this balance for future orders or you can make a withdrawal request.
